Why two price sources

  • ›The Chainlink RHSPY / USD feed prints on a ~0.5% move or a 24-hour heartbeat.
  • ›Over its last 60 rounds the median gap was 19.5 hours.
  • ›It is silent from Friday until Monday 00:00 UTC — 81 hours over a holiday weekend.
  • ›So daily rounds settle on the DEX, which never closes, and every round is capped.

Three-day rounds: once 1D and 1W rounds fill consistently. No round ever spans a scheduled corporate action (a cash distribution or a split): the token publishes the next multiplier and its effective time in advance, so such rounds are shortened or skipped.

What it may never do

  • ✕A cheaper MOON price than anyone else pays
  • ✕Better odds, a wider line, or a bigger cap for holders
  • ✕A share of the premium, the fees, or any revenue
  • ✕A pause, a freeze, or a redirect of the burn

The token is not a share and not a claim on revenue. It is a key to the same rounds everyone else gets.

Security posture

  • ›External audit before any public FLOOR deposit
  • ›Treasury and admin roles on a published multisig
  • ›Admin can only list rounds and set caps; no role can move, freeze or redirect a user's shares
  • ›Redeem is always open, including while new rounds are paused
  • ›Fork tests against the real pools: weekends, multiplier changes, TWAP pushes, stale feeds, keeper outages

Contract addresses are published here and in the docs once deployed. Until then, none exist.

  • attackPush the DEX TWAP before a 1D settlement

defenceOpen interest per round ≤ 1% of the settlement pool's liquidity; weekend caps halved; a weekday circuit breaker pauses settlement when the TWAP strays from the last Chainlink print

  • attackLeak or steal the quote-signing key

defenceThe contract rejects any quote below intrinsic value (price − line) or above a hard maximum, and every quote expires in ~30 seconds

  • attackA corporate action (cash distribution or split) lands mid-round

defenceStock tokens publish the next multiplier and its effective time in advance; no round may span one — it is shortened or skipped

  • attackFarm the paper leaderboard with bots

defencePaper mode never pays in tokens, only XP and cosmetics; prizes need real rounds and a minimum premium spent

  • attackSelf-deal to inflate the boards

defenceFLOOR + MOON always equals the share, so self-fills gain nothing; they are excluded from every board

  • attackPause the burn or reroute the fee

defenceThe burn vault has no owner and no pause. Creator fees are swept to the multisig daily, so the most that could ever be redirected is one day's balance

Doc 05 · why, what was decided, what could go wrong

The prospectus.

Read it like a term sheet: numbered clauses, no adjectives, the risks in red ink.

§1 · the problem

stock tokens on the chain

$135M

of them on chain, at market

54

carry cash distributions

Public registry snapshot of stock tokens on Robinhood Chain, September 2026.

1.1

A share has no ceiling to sell

A holder who would never sell above +5% this week gets nothing for that ceiling. On chain a stock token can be held or sold, and that is all.

1.2

The only split on the chain is the dull one

The existing structured product splits off the cash distributions: about 0.4% a year on a big stock, announced in advance, with nothing to trade.

1.3

Leverage means liquidation

Perps give a trader the move, then take the account with margin, funding and a liquidation engine. Small accounts get wiped by the plumbing, not the price.

§4 · decisions

4.1Split the price, not the cash distributions
Cash distributions on a big stock come to ~0.4% a year and are known in advance: nothing to trade
4.2Launch tickers: SPY + NVDA
Deepest pools, and SPY's Chainlink feed is verified on chain
4.31D on DEX TWAP, 1W on Chainlink
The feed prints on a ~0.5% move or every 24h and is silent on weekends; the DEX never closes
4.4One line per round
A young market split into many lines leaves every round thin
4.5Signed quotes, no auction
A daily round needs a price at any minute; on-chain bounds cap what a leaked key can do
4.610% fee → 100% burn
The team takes nothing from the fee; the treasury gains only as a FLOOR seller
4.7Fully collateralised rounds
No lending, no liquidation, no counterparty after settlement
4.8No round spans a multiplier change
Cash distributions and splits can never break a line mid-round

Deliberately ignored

  • ✕Token price
  • ✕Follower count
  • ✕TVL as a headline number
  • ✕Anything a treasury deposit can inflate

§6 · why it can work

  • ›First product on the chain that sells a stock's upside on its own, at a fixed maximum loss
  • ›Two-sided from day one: the treasury seeds FLOOR from creator fees, so tickets exist before users arrive
  • ›Settlement rules built on measured feed behaviour, not assumptions
  • ›A settlement and a burn every day: a content engine that needs no marketing spend
  • ›A burn nobody can stop, so the token story survives scrutiny

§6 · risks, plainly

  • ›FLOOR is not free money: it is the price of selling upside. In a rally, FLOOR holders make less than plain holders
  • ›Mispricing: too low a σ sells MOON too cheap; too high and nobody buys
  • ›Oracle: the Chainlink feed is slow and silent on weekends; a DEX TWAP can be pushed. Caps and breakers limit the damage, not the possibility
  • ›The treasury holds NVDA and SPY and carries their price risk
  • ›Regulation: a structured product over tokenized stocks is more sensitive than a cash-distribution split. Stock tokens are not available in every country
  • ›Cold start: ~$135M of stock tokens live on the chain today, so the treasury must be the main seller at first
  • ›Some launchpads let the factory owner reroute creator fees after a timelock; daily sweeps cap the exposure to one day
